Roadside Assistance:
All Redspot Car Rental vehicles are well maintained and regularly serviced. However, if you encounter a mechanical problem with your hire car, you will be covered by 24 hour roadside assistance. As long as the vehicle fault was not caused by the renter, the service will be provided free of charge. Redspot Car Rentals also offers a premium roadside assistance package that covers you in all scenarios (even if you lock your keys in the car).
After-Hours Return:
A drop box is available at all Redspot Car Rental counters for after-hours returns. So if you lose track of time while exploring Brisbane, you can leave your keys in the after-hours drop box and check-in, in time for your flight.
Toll Roads:
There are various toll roads throughout Brisbane and its surrounding areas. When you arrive at the counter for collection, you’ll be asked if you would like to pre-purchase a toll pass waiver for a small daily fee.
